Ink Eats & Drinks, located at the corner of 28th & N is the brain child of Owner & Chef, Chris Nestor. Nestor graduated in 1993 from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, one of the most prestigious culinary schools in the world.

At Ink he has created an American bistro-style menu focusing on fresh ingredients and house-made menu items. Some of these items include our house made mac n cheese, fresh cut French fries, house-made meatloaf and desserts. Our menu is very contemporary, offering low carb options, vegetarian dishes, and regionally inspired dishes. The menu at Ink helps to enhance our exciting and lively atmosphere with vibrant red walls, purple booths and traditional tattoo art on the ceiling.So – what is a sexy environment without a sexy drink list? Ink offers the sexiest drink list in town, with every drink served on the stem in an oversized martini glass.
Our stem list includes martinis such as a Vanilla Lemonhead, an Albino Cosmo and a Hpnotini with Hpnotiq Liqueur and a float of champagne. Our restaurant strives to stay fresh and on the cutting edge by providing our guests with new and different experiences than your typical restaurant. Why simply order a Bloody Mary when you can create your own? For our Sunday breakfast we provide a Bloody Mary bar for our guests to create their own concoction! Make it spicy or mild, add blue cheese stuffed olives, ground pepper or garlic salt — it is all there for your creative delight.

Now thats not all..every second Wednesday of every month we have a tasting of either wine, champagne or martinis. We pair food with each variatal or martini, have a DJ playing some funky jazzy tunes, and even give away prizes. Space is limited creating a warm, friendly and social environment.
